SHIPPING

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Aire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays caused by the carrier. That said, if something goes wrong, reach out — we’re happy to help troubleshoot where possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are consumable, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact support@drinkaire.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Not Quite Right?

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, reach out. While we can’t accept opened returns, we review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer store credit or a replacement when appropriate. Your experience matters to us.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve entered processing or shipping.
